At Presents of Mind, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. Please review our updated return policy below for clear guidelines:
General Return Policy
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition of Merchandise: Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of use or wear.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Edible products or consumables.
- Gift Cards
- Personal hygiene items such as lotions, soaps, or similar products.
- Clearance items are for final sale.
Returns & Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for any costs to return merchandise unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at +1 973-927-8500, and we will cover the return shipping cost for such cases.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct shipping address. POM will not be held responsible for any additional shipping costs due to the purchaser's error, and the original shipping cost will be deducted for any returns due to an incorrect shipping address.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
